An appointment exists only after our team confirms the date, time and scope with you directly. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be revised after an on-site review.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer. Weather and permitting can affect exterior work in South Florida.
Work performed
Scope, materials and price for each project are agreed in writing before work begins. Additional work discovered during a job is quoted separately and requires your approval.
